  Lists of material, assemblies and assembly parts, drawings, bolt material etc., are provided in the standard extent as HTML files which may be opened in any version of the MS Excel spreadsheet or any web browser program, or, if required, may be provided as XLS files.The entire set of reports for part of the construction that is being submitted is generated automatically as a whole, without any additional modification, by our own application using the data structure of the Tekla model. This procedure completely eliminates the possibility of human errors due to manual editing of these reports. In the event changes and revisions occur during processing of the order and during ongoing submission of the drawings to the manufacturer, even the index marks of the revisions in all types of reports are processed automatically by the application by comparison with previously submitted set which greatly facilitates guidance of responsible workers in the manufacturing process and thus helps to minimize costs.

The form and layout of the workshop and assembly documentation may be individually modified to suit specific requirements of the customer. With long-term clients, both the appearance and contents of the documentation were established individually.

For large orders, it is common to split the workshop or the assembly documentation into parts and to submit the documentation part by part with regard to material deliveries or required assembly procedure.
